Damage Protection Policy
If an item is damaged during transportation by Antique Delivery LLC, then Antique Delivery LLC’s responsibility is limited to the cost of repairs to the shipment.
Antique Delivery LLC may, at their sole option, cause any damaged item(s) to be repaired or restored by their designee and such repair and/or restoration shall exonerate
Antique Delivery LLC from any further damages or claims whatsoever. Antique Delivery LLC will not be held responsible for any items that are not wrapped, or packaged by
Antique Delivery LLC unless there is obvious and corresponding evident damage to the outside of the container, box, or wrappings. Antique Delivery LLC is not liable for loss,
damage, delay, mis-delivery, or non-delivery not caused by its own negligence; or any loss, damage, delay, mis-delivery, or non-delivery caused by the act, default, or omission
of consignee, consignor or any other party who claims interest in the shipment, the nature of the shipment or any defect, or any characteristic thereof; acts of God, perils
of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority of law, acts or omissions of customs or quarantine officials, acts of violence, riots,
strikes or other local disputes, civil commotion, hazard incident to a state of war, weather conditions or mechanical delay of the aircraft or acts or omissions of any person
other than Antique Delivery LLC including compliance with delivery instruction from shipper or consignee, any mechanical failure of any electronics, musical instruments,
appliances, clocks, radios, cameras, or other mechanical or electronic items of any kind or nature, any claims for damage where such damage recurred in a place where prior
damage was previously repaired or restored, any claims or damages resulting from or to finishes incompletely or adequately cured or dried, or which were previously broken
down from age, abuse, or otherwise, any claims for loss or damage to abandoned goods or for shipments refused, delayed, redelivered, mis-delivered, or not delivered by any
reason of the fault of customer, whether in the possession of Antique Delivery LLC, Carrier, or any third party, any internal, unsecured, or insufficiently secured, or other
inherent vice contained within item(s) shipped which results in damage to item(s), spoilage, contamination, freezing, rusting, extremes of temperature or air pressure,
shrinkage, evaporation, change in flavor, appearance, or texture.
Antique Delivery LLC. shall not be liable in any event for any special, incidental, consequential or damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, interest, or
income whether or not carrier had knowledge that such damages might be incurred.
Report of Loss
Customer must report any loss due to damage or shortage within 24 hours of delivery to email@example.com.

Credit Card Policy
Payments will be made in full at the time of booking. Cancellations within 5 calendar days will receive a full refund. Any cancellation made after the fifth calendar day will be
refunded 80% of the original booked amount.
We accept cash, personal checks and or money orders paid to Antique Delivery LLC. For credit card transactions we use Square to process payments. With this service we are able
to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Debit Cards. When we take your payment you will receive a digital receipt through a text message or email.
